Bitcoin perfectly promotes the ordering of incentives. In search of an opportunity to benefit the community, I found a solution to the big problem for a lot of companies. In this article, I will describe my decision and why I consider it effective.
Developers, developers, developers, developers
All business companies most need developers. And not just in the developers, but in developers who are familiar with Bitcoin. Bitcoin developers or those who resemble them are now in short supply, and it's very difficult to hire them.
I know how difficult it is to find bitcom developers. In recent years, I interviewed literally hundreds of people for various companies. One of the reasons I decided to conduct Bitcoin Tech Talk is the lack of developers in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
Complexity is the presence of a limited number of talented developers, almost all of whom already occupy well-paid positions, are rich, retired or open their own companies. The search for bitcoin or block developer projects for all these projects selects a lot of resources and forces. Demand is high, and the proposal is regrettably low.
In other words, I am sure that the shortage of developers is the main problem that constrains the growth of Bitcoin's ecosystem to date.
Solving the problem through investment
The only solution to this problem is the increase in the number of bitcoin developers. Therefore, I am going to do what I have shown passion for a long time: learning. As part of the Programming Blockchain program, I talk about bitcoin technologies and blocking to developers who are already interested in Bitcoin.
I know how difficult it is to start developing Bitcoin. For many nights I tried to understand how the inputs and outputs of elliptical curves, transactions and signatures are arranged. Learn all the complex concepts, all the standards and Bitcoin language - this is a real nightmare. I squeezed out the very basics in an easily digestible two-day seminar.
I admit that this idea is selfish. Yes, I will receive money from the seminar, but apart from this, my long-term goal is to invest in the growth of the number of bit-co-developers. One of the great aspects of the Bitcoin ecosystem is that often selfish actions benefit the community. Of course, one developer can achieve a lot, but the development team will do much more.
Teaching people programming Bitcoin, I call three wins. A victory for me, a victory for my students and a victory for the Bitcoin ecosystem.
If you are a developer and interested in programming Bitcoin, apply for participation today.
